It was in walking distance of a bar & grill and close to the Sanford Airport.
Looks like they were going to update the hallways - old carpet needed replacing.
Nice location. No extra amenities like shampoo, hair dryer. No tourist info or newspapers in the lobby. Staff was friendly.

It is not a hotel it is a extended stay which lack many of the amenities of a hotel.
The location is great. Please note I do not recommend if traveling with children. It does not offer the comforts of a hotel, but is for people staying long periods. If you want a mini-kitchen this is the place for you. ...read more
